Our four guest rooms are situated on the first floor and from each of them there is a view of the garden or the surrounding countryside. The recently renovated house offers three double rooms with double beds and one single room. Each room has its own bathroom and is equipped with a hairdryer, a safe and a television. Each window of the house is equipped with a fly screen and in the rooms there is a fan that supports the always existing breeze..
The property is not equipped with air conditioning!
Breakfast - Barbecue
IIn the morning the nice, big table on our terrace in front of the house is expecting you for breakfast, which is rich on fresh products. Wherever possible, we offer local products as well as cakes and cookies baked by Nic. If you have special desires, please let us already know when you book the room so that we can take special care of it.
As a B&B we do not dispose of a restaurant but Ste’s grill is regularly in operation so that you can grill your delicacies. Don’t hesitate to ask us about the nearest markets or the groceries in the neighborhood.
The 2 and 4 Wheels
For each room we provide a car parking space within our fenced courtyard. Moreover, motorcyclists can use our barnfloor. Nic as well as Ste will be pleased to suggest routes to discover the region.
If you bring your own bike it is the possible to place it in our bike room which is equipped with tools for general services as well as water and cleaning rags for cleaning your bike after an offroad-tour.
If you wish to rent a bike or have it repaired Nic or Ste can inform you about the nearest services.
Nic can also supply you with brochures on routes for the Via Verde.
Four-legged friends
Mia (the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) our old lady and queen of the house is keeping everything under control and perfectly knows all the cool corners in the garden.
Nora has only recently joined us. She is still a bit boisterous and needs lots of attention. She constantly runs around the whole property, always in search of something to play with and take apart.
Your dogs are also welcome to play in our completely fenced property.
During breakfast, put your dog on a leash. You are not allowed to leave your dog alone in your room at any time.
Please inform us if you bring an animal when you book the room so that we can prepare the room for it.
In the Abruzzi there are several beaches where dogs are allowed. Just ask Nic and Ste for information.
